— 01 · WHAT WE DO · DESIGN

Design that ships.

Discovery Workshops, UX strategy, UI craft, and production-ready handover — engineered for teams who need working software, not beautiful mockups that never make it to development.

— 02 · THE DISCOVERY WORKSHOP

Why your idea needs a workshop first.

We say the discovery is at the center of ingenuity. A little structured rigor mixed with great discipline creates products that last — which is why every engagement starts with a What We Do session before the first wireframe ships.

01 · PILLAR

Think

Not all requirements are development-ready. We surface hidden assumptions, competing priorities, and unstated constraints before a single wireframe ships.

02 · PILLAR

Organize

Ideas evolve and need a boundary. We structure every concept into a coherent problem statement the whole team — design, engineering, product — can rally behind.

03 · PILLAR

Prioritize

Organize your thinking for maximum impact. We rank features by user value and business return so the first release lands where it matters most.

04 · PILLAR

Goals

A quality product must have clearly defined objectives. We anchor every decision to measurable outcomes — activation, retention, conversion — not aesthetic preference.

05 · PILLAR

Quantify

Scope drives schedule and budget. We derive accurate effort estimates from agreed requirements so your investors and delivery teams share the same number.

06 · PILLAR

Roadmap

Choosing the right technology approach before development begins eliminates costly pivots. Your roadmap leaves the workshop as an executable plan, not a slide deck.

— 03 · PROCESS OF OUR DESIGN SERVICE

From discovery sprint to agile delivery.

Creating a simple and effective user interface is a complex task with many details. We've developed a streamlined approach that takes the complexity out of the process — without losing any of its rigour.

01 · STAGE

Discover & Devise

Market analysis, requirement capture, and conceptualization. We map the competitive landscape, interview stakeholders, and synthesize findings into a product vision your team can act on.

02 · STAGE

Define & Refine

Mind maps, user journeys, and low-fidelity wireframes that stress-test the navigation logic before anyone writes a line of code. Iterate fast at the cheapest possible fidelity.

03 · STAGE

UI / UX Design

Interface design that balances visual craft with conversion engineering. Every screen is optimized for task completion first, delight second — and both are measurable.

Handover

Visual design, functional flow documentation, and design guidelines delivered as a production-ready system. Your engineers start building from a spec, not a screenshot.

— 04 · DESIGN TOOLS

Built with the industry's best instruments.

Our designers choose the right tool for each fidelity stage — from rough wireframes through interactive prototypes to handover-ready specs. The toolchain connects directly to our AI & ML services for data-driven design decisions.

— 05 · BENEFITS OF DESIGN-FIRST

Discovery before development pays for itself.

The brands and enterprises we work with — from Vodafone and McDonald's to AstraZeneca and Tata — share one thing: they invested in design strategy before engineering. The pattern holds across every industry we serve.

01 · BENEFIT

Clear strategy before a pixel moves

Discovery-first means the build starts with a shared definition of success. You ship features that move the metric — not features that look good in a demo.

02 · BENEFIT

Speed that compounds

Agile design sprints produce visible, testable output every week. Stakeholders see progress. Engineers don't wait. The calendar doesn't slip.

03 · BENEFIT

Lower engineering risk

Defining sustainable, achievable solutions before major investment eliminates the expensive pivot. Architecture decisions get made with a working prototype in hand, not a hypothesis.

04 · BENEFIT

Defensible ROI

Prioritize investments for measurable returns. Every design decision is traceable back to a business objective — which means every design review conversation stays productive.

05 · BENEFIT

27 years of domain depth

From Life Technologies and McDonald's to Vodafone and AstraZeneca — 7,000+ projects across 90+ countries give our designers a pattern library that accelerates every new engagement.

06 · BENEFIT

Handover that engineers love

Production-ready design systems, annotated component specs, and interaction guidelines mean your build team starts at 100%, not 60%.

— 06 · HOW WE STAFF DESIGN

A dedicated analyst, designer, and tech team.

For each workshop and design engagement, we assign a dedicated analyst, a UI/UX designer, and a technical team who work with you to do full justice to your ideas — with the most relevant and technically advanced solutions.

ROLE

Dedicated Analyst

Translates business goals into measurable design objectives. Owns the workshop output and keeps the engagement anchored to outcomes.

ROLE

UI/UX Designer

Balances visual craft with interaction logic. Responsible for wireframes through high-fidelity screens and the handover spec.

ROLE

Technical Team

Ensures every design decision is technically feasible, performant, and handover-ready. No gap between the spec and what ships.

Need a dedicated design team for your next product? Talk to us about your project and we'll scope the right model in under 48 hours.

— 07 · DESIGN QUESTIONS

Answers for product builders.

01What is a Discovery Workshop?
A structured, time-boxed session where a dedicated analyst, UI/UX designer, and technical team work with you to transform raw ideas into an executable product plan. You leave with a prioritized backlog, validated user journeys, and a roadmap with realistic timelines and estimates.
02How do you ensure quality in your web and mobile app design services?
Every engagement pairs a dedicated UX strategist with a UI designer and a QA reviewer who tests against accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and device coverage. Design reviews include functional flow validation before handover — not just visual sign-off.
03What is your approach to website design?
Discovery first, always. We treat design as a problem-solving discipline: understand the user, define the goal, prototype the solution, test against real data, then build. The visual layer is the last thing we decide — and the easiest to change.
04Which design tools do you use?
Our designers work in Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Principle, and Flinto — choosing the right tool for the fidelity stage. Prototypes in Principle or Flinto validate interaction logic. InVision connects design to developer handover. We're tool-agnostic when a client's workflow demands it.
05Do you design for both web and mobile?
Yes. Our UI/UX practice covers responsive web, iOS, Android, cross-platform, and progressive web apps. We design for the platform's conventions, not against them — which means designs that feel native on every device.
06Can you work with an existing brand or design system?
Absolutely. We extend, audit, and refactor existing design systems as often as we create new ones. If your component library has drift, accessibility gaps, or inconsistency across platforms, we'll diagnose and close it before adding new surfaces.
