We hire for skill, maturity, and culture fit — typically 1–8 years experience per engineer. Team average age is below 28, with 50+ engineers at 8+ years tenure. No junior-only teams. Your dedicated team has at least one senior engineer who owns quality and architecture.

Minimum 3 months from brief to fully productive team. We don't rush hiring. We interview 10+ candidates per slot, vet for your exact tech stack and domain, and onboard with 2 weeks of structured ramp-up. By week 4, the team is shipping.

Your team stays. We staff dedicated teams for the long haul — 18+ month average tenure per engineer. If someone leaves, we backfill within 2 weeks. Turnover is tracked and measured; if it exceeds 15% annually, we adjust compensation.

Standard Net 30. We require 1 month's advance payment for dedicated team engagements — reasonable for distributed teams. POCs and scoped work are invoiced on delivery or per milestone. Long-term contracts may offer 2–3% early-payment discounts.

Scoped deliverables, QA, documentation, deployment, and 30 days of post-launch support. Travel, third-party tools (SaaS licenses, APIs), and client-side changes are typically separate. We detail assumptions and exclusions in every estimate.
