01What's the hiring bar at IndiaNIC?
We hire for three things — craft, character, and curiosity. You should ship work you're proud of, collaborate without drama, and actively want to learn the next layer of the stack.
02Do I need AI experience to apply for engineering roles?
No — but you do need to be excited about using AI as a daily tool. Every engineer here pairs with copilots and agents; we train the specifics, we don't train the appetite.
03Are these roles remote-friendly?
Depends on the role and location. Many engineering and design roles are hybrid; some senior IC roles are fully remote; customer-facing roles usually need business-hour overlap with the region.
04What's the interview process for a senior role?
Recruiter screen → peer technical round → practical task (paid for multi-day efforts) → team-lead or CEO session → offer. Typically two weeks end-to-end.
05Can I apply if I don't see my role listed?
Yes. Write to hr@indianic.com with your CV and a short note on what you'd want to work on. If there's a match in the next quarter, we reach out.
06Do you sponsor international relocation?
For senior and strategic hires, yes — Dubai, USA, and Australia onsite moves are supported with relocation packages, visa sponsorship, and settling-in help.
07What's a typical day like?
Async standup in the morning, focused work blocks with AI pairing, afternoon collaboration or client sync, demo Friday every other week. Quiet on paperwork, loud on craft.
08How does compensation work?
